The first trailer has just dropped for George Clooney's, 'The Monument's Men' and it looks pretty cool. Clooney is not only starring in the film but also directed and co-wrote it too. The movie is a serious contender for an Oscar next year and with a stellar cast we have high hopes for this one.

Based on actual events, 'The Monuments Men', tells the story of seven museum curators tasked with the mission to go into Nazi Germany during the Second World War to retrieve artistic masterpieces. The curators soon find themselves in a race against time and risking their lives in order to get back the art pieces. Starring Matt Damon, Bill Murray, John Goodman and Cate Blanchett, the movie is already tipped as 2014's 'Argo'. Blanchett has said about the film, 'It's an extraordinary story, I mean, it's one I wasn't particularly familiar with, this group of architects, curators, historians who go in and locate and save this stolen art that the Nazis were amassing, and with the Nero Decree, it was about to be destroyed so it's a ticking time bomb. And talk about absurd. I mean you've got Bill Murray and Matt Damon and George all trying to locate the art, so it doesn't always go to plan.'  The Monuments Men won't hit our screens until the 9th January 2014,  but it looks worth the wait.
