Steve Carell has been garnering serious raves for his work in the - based on real life - thriller, Foxcatcher. The film, which also stars Mark Ruffalo and Channing Tatum premiered at Cannes this week and was extremely well received by critics.
Carell plays eccentric oddball John du Pont, who murdered Olympic Wrestler Dave Schultz (Ruffalo) after building a relationship with both him and champion wrestler brother, Mark (Tatum).
It looks like a haunting performance from Carell, while having Moneyball director Bennett Miller behind the camera is only a good thing.
Expect this to be part of the Oscar conversation for 2015.
