Vin Diesel just had huge success producing and starring in Fast and Furious 5, and is capitalising on said success by starting another possible franchise, The Machine.

In the film Diesel will play an extremely life-like robot created in secrecy by the Pentagon to be the world's first ultimate weapon. Twenty years after the machine was decommissioned and buried, a kid finds and befriends it. When the military come looking for it back, the robot goes into family protection mode - terminator style

The tone has actually been likened to classic animated film, The Iron Giant, which is a very underrated flick that Diesel voiced the main character in. So no "geeet to the chopper?"
