And now for a much needed update on the highly anticipated Arrested Development movie. There's been rumblings thus far, but not a lot of concrete news.

Creator of the hit TV show has revealed that he's determined to get it adapted for the big screen 'as soon as possible'.

He also explained that the movie's plot will reunite all members of the Bluth family, after the recent series saw each episode focus on an individual character.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, Mitch Hurwitz said: "A TV season is a six-month commitment... But I think it would be very doable to get them together for four or five weeks to make a movie... I'm working on the movie right now. I can't get into much more detail because I don't want to scare anybody off... I don't want to be presumptuous about it. I don't own the property outright - it's a 20th Century Fox property. But everybody seems really into it and really eager to make a movie."

Following the movie, Hurwitz has promised a fifth season of Arrested Development.

If we could make any requests of the movie, we'd like more of Tobias's denim shorts. Anything you'd like to see more of yourself?
