Gavin O Conner, who wrote and directed the soon-to-be released Pride and Glory, has co-penned a martial arts film called Warrior that he’ll also helm. According to Dark Horizons the film will follow two estranged brothers on a collision course to fight in a tournament for the heavyweight championship. It’s being heavily tied into the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) which is a showcase for MMA experts and officially the fastest growing sport on earth. It’s like the WWE, only very real and very cool. Multiple champion and MMA legend Randy Couture will play himself in a large part of the film, but no one else has been cast yet.
