Now here’s an interesting collaboration.

He’s directed some of the most iconic Game of Thrones episodes such as 'Hardhome', 'Battle of the Bastards' and 'The Winds of Winter', but Miguel Sapochnik is about to take on his biggest project yet.

He will direct Tom Hanks in ‘Bios’, a new science fiction flick set in a post-apocalyptic world. The movie will follow a robot designed to protect its creators dog and subsequently learns about love, friendship and the meaning of life. Hanks will play the robots creator.

'Bios' is being penned by Craig Luck and Ivor Powell and produced by Robert Zemeckis and Kevin Misher. Shooting is expected to begin in early 2018.

Hanks can be next seen in ‘The Post’ directed by Steven Spielberg where he portrays Ben Bradlee, former editor-in-chief of The Washington Post. The movie drops in December and is expected to be a contender during awards season.
