The embattled Weinstein Company has been slapped with a $5 million lawsuit by actress Dominique Huett over the alleged misconduct of Harvey Weinstein.

The lawsuit, which was first reported by Deadline, involves Weinstein meeting with the actress in 2010 in a Beverly Hills hotel for a meeting regarding her career. According to Huett's complaint, "Weinstein, who was at the time living at the hotel, invited Plaintiff to his room under the guise of continuing their business meeting. Plaintiff agreed to move the meeting to his hotel room, believing they were to continue their discussion regarding her career."

The complaint alleges that Weinstein coerced Huett into having sex with him, and later gave her contact details to a producer on Project Runway, a TV show that Weinstein was involved with as producer. Speaking to Deadline, Huett's lawyers say that the incident is "casting couch at the extreme level," but stressed that "(whether or not) it is a criminal case is not for me to say; we are saying that the company knew he was doing this to women."

Weinstein's representatives denies all claims of non-consensual sex, and neither TWC or Bob Weinstein have made any comments on the lawsuit.
