Although it was first announced several years ago, John Turturro's sequel-spinoff to 'The Big Lebowski' is finally on its way to cinemas - albeit for one night only.

The Lighthouse Cinema and Pálas Cinema are both screening a double-bill of 'The Big Lebowski' and 'The Jesus Rolls' on March 20th, with White Russians available at both venues as well. 'The Jesus Rolls' will screen at 7PM in both venues, with 'The Big Lebowski' following at 9.30PM. So far, these are the only two cinemas in Ireland showing the movie.

If you can't get to the Lighthouse Cinema or Pálás however, 'The Jesus Rolls' will be available on demand from March 23rd. The story picks up with Jesus Quintana getting out of prison and reteaming with his friend Petey, played by Bobby Cannavale, and a free-spirited hairdresser played by Audrey Tautou. The trio embark on a crime spree across the backroads of the US, with a host of colourful characters meeting them along the ways.

Jon Hamm, Pete Davidson, Susan Sarandon, JB Smoove, and Coen Brothers regular Tim Blake Nelson all have supporting roles, not to mention an extended cameo by the Gipsy Kings in there as well.
