"Say, Sylvester Stallone? How are we going to get to the premiere of Expendables 3?" asked Harrison Ford, probably. "No problem, Harrison," replied Stallone. "Arnold Schwarzenegger's hooking us up with a few tanks and he's going to give us a lift. Call Mel Gibson and the rest of the lads. We're out the door in five minutes."
This is how we imagine the planning for the latest publicity stunt for Expendables 3 went down. The cast of the geriatric-action blockbuster - which includes the aforementioned Stallone, Schwarzenegger and Ford as well as Wesley Snipes, Kelsey Grammer and Dolph Lundgren - drove a fleet of tanks down the famous Croisette in Cannes to arrive at their gala premiere.
Stallone, who will be SIXTY-EIGHT in July, was seen happily taking selfies with his buddies all whilst the tanks rolled up to the cinema. Harrison Ford, who managed to duck out from filming Episode VII, looked genuinely delighted with himself as did his co-stars.
The Expendables 3 is due for release on August 15th.
