News that American rapper Riff Raff (nope, doesn't stike a bell with us either) wants to sue the creators of Spring Breakers for using his persona with their character 'Alien', played by James Franco. You would think he would be delighted he was of some use to somebody, but apparently, not so much. Haters be hating...Here's a picture of the debonaire classy act himself, or as we now like to call him, the Franco copycat (hiss).

In conversation with TMZ, he stated 'It's like if I have a front yard. And you're planting soil and you're planting trees and building peaches and houses and selling parking lots on my property ... then I deserve to be compensated for some portion of that money.' First of all, building peaches? He sure seems like an articulate, well-versed in the ways of the world rapper to us. Also, to be fair, we would want compensation off somebody if we looked as much a tit as he does.

The rapper, whose next album will feature Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, A$AP Rocky, YG, Snoop Dogg, Future and Drake.Clearly none of these real G's know his birthname is Jody Christian. I repeat, Jody Christian.... His claim is estimated to be approximately between $8 million and $10 million. His not-so-memorable appearance on an MTV show From G's to Gents doesn't seem to have done the job then; a gent would hardly try pull a claim like that. James Franco should retaliate with a counter sue for putting him through the fugly wardrobe.Did nobody warn Franco you never go full ugly unless there's an Oscar in it?
