For parents at this time, keeping kids occupied can mean a variety of things, but one of them is undoubtedly parking them in front of a TV and having them watch movies.

One of the best animated movies of the past few years is without a doubt 'Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse', which took the comic-book artwork and transposed it into a vital, incredibly imaginative aesthetic. On top of all that, the voice work by the cast was fantastic.

Jake Johnson, who you'll recognise from 'New Girl' and 'Jurassic World', voiced the elder Peter Parker who takes Miles Morales under his wing. Like everyone else in the movie industry, Johnson is at home with nothing to do - so he's tried to help quarantined kids with something a little cool.

"Since the quarantine a lot of parents have DM’d me saying they’ve been watching Spiderverse with their kids," Johnson wrote on Instagram.

"So, here’s my idea. If your child is home from school and wants a quick encouraging message from Peter B Peter, then send me an email with their name and I’ll try and send over a short voice note."

The post, in the past two days, hit over 128,000 likes and received close to 3,500 comments - so it's safe to say that the Instagram inbox for Jake Johnson is teeming with voice notes for the time being.
