The new Spider-Man Tom Holland looks likely to be starring opposite Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. in the tentpole flick next summer, or at the very least making an appearance.

Civil War ISN'T a Sony flick, but Spider-Man is - so there could be some truth to this being a test poster or something for the studio.
Also, Comic Con is just about to kick off, so this very well could be fan made. But it's still a slick job, on both counts.
