Sin City 2 began shooting this week in Austin with Jamie King and Jamie Chung added to the cast of the comic book sequel.

King will be returning to the film as Wendy, the angelic twin sister of prostitute Goldie, who King played in the last film. While Chung is replacing Devon Aoki who played Miho.

Sin City:A Dame To Die For is the sequel to the 2005 hit adaption directed by Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller who have teamed up again for Sin City 2. The film which is a prequel to the original and according to Collider ' is a mingling of Miller’s comics’ storylines as well as a new story written just for the film by Miller. One plot was taken from the 1993 comic, 'A Dame to Kill For,' and centers on a man named Dwight and his entanglements with a femme fatale named Ava'

Clive Owen will be returning to play the part of Dwight but will share the role with another big name yet to be announced. The plot will see Dwight undergo facial reconstructive surgery to disguise his identity.

Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba and Rosario Dawson will co star in the sequel which is set to be released in the US in October 2013.
