Disappointingly, Seth Rogen has said that he will not be appearing in Knocked Up spin-off, This is Forty.

The actor and filmmaker spoke to Movies.com about visiting the set of the Judd Apatow film and said this: "Yeah I’m not in it, but I went to visit the set and it looked hilarious. It was a good choice, honestly, because I think it would’ve confused people. I’m really looking forward to seeing it; I thought the script was unbelievably funny." Somewhat strangely, Jason Segel, who was a supporting character in the first film is set to appear alongside Michael Cera's real life missus, Charlyne Yi. Our very own Chris O'Dowd has joined the cast, while Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann will be reprising their very funny roles from Knocked Up and headlining the film.

Rogen also talked about his directorial debut with long time pal, Jay Baruchel, Jay and Seth vs. The Apocalypse, saying "It’s now much more than just Jay and Seth - there’s many other people vs. the apocalypse now. It’s gonna be crazy." You can see the trailer the guys made in 2007 below.
