Russell Crowe is in negotiations to join the Dracula hunting flick, Harker, reports Vulture.

The film will be told from the point of view of Jonathon Harker, who is a Scotland Yard detective, hunting down a serial killer who may just be the famed fanged bastard. Jaume Collet-Serra, who last called the shots on Liam Neeson starrer Unknown, and is also attached to the long gestating adaptation of Akira, is still tentatively attached to the production. Leonardo Di Caprio is also one of the listed producers on the film.

Crowe is apparently still being sought for Darren Aronofsky’s Noah, but Michael Fassbender was most recently linked to that production. I asked Fassbender about the possibility of film at The IFTA's on Saturday and he said he has "heard nothing about it."
