Hold onto your tights, A Man of Steel prequel is apparently coming a lot sooner than you would think if Russell Crowe's statements are to be taken seriously. Crowe, who played Superman's father Jor-El in the new Zack Snyder (300, Dawn of the Dead) film, recently insinuated that the creators could easily be persuaded to make a prequel if fans showed enough support. Speaking on Twitter, he stated, ' A lot of you are asking about a Krypton prequel. If that's something you feel strongly about let Legendary Pictures know your thoughts'.

A sequel to the Man of Steel hit has been rumoured to be released as soon as 2014,which means Crowe must surely know what he is talking about if the film isn't already in the beginning stages of conception already. Teasing comic book and film fans further, Crowe added ' Just getting sick of reading the same question mate, however, if it came up, I'd give the tights another go.' Consider this a fan plea Crowe, put them on and wow us once more.
