T'is a long way from High School Musical he's come and Zac Efron's most definitely been proving that of late. His latest cinematic outing sees him teaming up with Seth Rogen for brand new comedy The Neighbours.

The movie features Rogen and Rose Byrne as a married couple who suddenly find themselves living next door to a frat house. At first things seem fine, and they even try to get down with the kids, but it ain't long before the whole situation spirals out of control. With hilarious consequences, of course.

WARNING: This trailer is RED BAND and therefore contains adult themes. It is not suitable for young children, but older fans of the popular Australian soap of the same name may enjoy it.

The lads' antics lead to all out war between the two houses (it almost sounds Shakespearian), and we're guessing Seth and Rose will have a hard time riasing their baby in the middle of it all. Speaking of Rose, we're absolutely loving the fact that she's using her Aussie accent.

Dave Franco, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, Jason Mantozoukas, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Lisa Kudrow all co-star in the film, which is due for release on May 9th 2014.
