There's a good chance you probably didn't go to see Justice League, as it had one of the lowest openings for a superhero / comic-book film in Ireland in quite some time - and that was pretty much repeated around the world.

One story, however, that couldn't be shown in an official capacity was Henry Cavill's CGI-laden face. That's right, Warner Bros. were forced to try and erase Cavill's glorious Selleck-ian moustache through digital imaging software - due, in part, to a standoff with Paramount and the production of Mission: Impossible 6.

So, anyway, because of weirdly complex licensing, the first three minutes of Justice League have been officially put up online by a South Korean retailer - which, in turn, was reported on by a number of outlets. Finally, from that three minutes, we now have crystal-clear, 1080P imagery of Henry Cavill's mangled face for all to see.

And, friends, it's bad. Really, really bad. So bad that you're wondering why anyone even thought this was a good idea in the first place.

Just for context, the opening scene sees a group of kids approaching Superman after some kind of event and attempting to interview him on their phone for their podcast. Superman, being Superman, agrees because he's Superman.

Let's take a look at some screenshots.

You might be thinking to yourself, "Oh, it's just freeze-frames of someone talking. It'll always look bad." Wrong. So wrong. So wrong we're going to advise that you actually wait for Justice League to come out on DVD / Blu-Ray and witness it for yourself.

Or, if you happen to be able to understand Korean, here's an official link to the video itself. It's every bit as bad as you think it is.
