Simon Pegg and Nick Frost have just hit the big time. Ainitcool are reporting that the Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz thespians will star in Steven Spielberg's installation in the much mooted Tintin franchise starter, as detectives Thomson and Thompson. Peter Jackson will direct the sequel, with both Spielberg and Jackson co-directing a proposed third instalment of the Belgian boy detective with a love of small dogs and brylcreem. No confirmation has been made by Dreamworks, but the rumour comes from a reliable source from the ever-popular fanboy Mecca. The twosome will next star in the comedy Paul, while Pegg plays Scotty in the Star Trek reboot next summer.
