The cinematic release of 'No Time to Die' has been postponed, yet again. And there's more bad news as it's not the only film which has had its released date pushed back...
Originally set for release in April 2020 (or November 2019, if you count the delays caused by the departure of director Danny Boyle), the 25th Bond movie 'No Time to Die' will now arrive in cinemas (maybe, hopefully) on 8 October 2021.
Sony Pictures have also announced a number of new (later) release dates for their features.
'Ghostbusters: Afterlife', set to hit cinemas this summer, will now do so on November 11, 2021.
'Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway' takes its June 11 spot, having been scheduled for April 2 previously.
It'll be a while too until audiences see the video game adaptation 'Uncharted' starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg.
It was going to arrive in cinemas on July 16, 2021. Now it's been pushed back as far as February 11, 2022.
The release date of the live-action 'Cinderella' musical starring Camilla Cabello was probably optimistic, being in February.
It now hits cinemas on the 'Uncharted' date of July 16.
Additionally (yup, there's more), 'Morbius', which only recently got a new date, will arrive in cinemas even later.
The last date we got for it was October 8, 2021. Now we won't see it on the big screen until January 21, 2022.
Aside from 'No Time to Die', Universal has also moved 'Nobody', starring Bob Odenkirk, from 26 February to 2 April.
It has also reset 'Last Night in Soho', a horror from Edgar Wright, from an April 23 release to 22 October.
