Saoirse is fierce busy at the moment, and Awards Season has barely become. She only had about a day to appreciate winning Best International Star at the Palm Springs Film Awards before being whisked away to Tao in Downtown NYC where she was presented with the Best Actress gong at the New York Film Critics Awards.

While the attendees chowed down on their dinner, Ronan accepted her award for her role in Brooklyn, saying: "I'm one of you! I am from the Bronx, after all. 'Saoirse from the Block' is what they call me. Now, go back to eating your dessert."

According to USA Today, Stewart was a little more staid when it came to accepting her award for Best Supporting Actress from her Alice co-star Julianne Moore: "I've received a lot of MTV Popcorns and stuff like that, but this is a little different." She then reportedly "breathlessly thanked director Olivier Assayas and the crew, before hastily walking offstage with a timid 'bye'."

Meanwhile, accepting his Best Actor award for his role in Spotlight, Michael Keaton jovially said: "I'm a blessed dude. I've had a nice life. I work hard. I deserve it. I'm OK with that. Took me a long time to get there, so thanks, everybody."
