Alexander Payne's follow-up to 2013's critically-lauded Nebraska has gotten itself an all-star cast.
Matt Damon and Reese Witherspoon had signed up first to work with Payne and will now be joined a good few other names.
Alec Baldwin, Jason Sudeikis and Neil Patrick Harris have signed on for as-yet unspecified roles.
This is the first time Alexander Payne's gone weird. Downsizing will see Damon and Witherspoon as a married couple who decide to shrink themselves down when their lives get out of hand.
That's right, it's basically Honey We Shrunk Ourselves as directed by the guy who did Sideways.
Production will begin on Downsizing once Damon has completed shooting on the untitled Bourne film with Paul Greengrass, so expect Downsizing some time in 2017.
