'Old', the latest movie from the king of plot twists, M. Night Shyamalan, has gotten a 30-second trailer.

To put it bluntly, this first look is very M. Night Shyamalan...

The movie's title is 'Old'. It follows a group of people trapped on a beach where they age suddenly and inexplicably.

If the trailer, which sees a child grow into a teenager and a young woman go into labour, is anything to go by, things get trippy quickly.

The cast is led by Gael García Bernal, Eliza Scanlen ('Little Women'), Thomasin McKenzie ('Jojo Rabbit'), Alex Wolff ('Hereditary'), and Vicky Krieps ('Phantom Thread').

Other cast members include Nikki Amuka-Bird, Ken Leung, Abbey Lee, Rufus Sewell, Embeth Davidtz, Aaron Pierre, and Emun Elliott.

The trailer, which dropped during Super Bowl, looks more like a 'Saturday Night Live' spoof than a legitimate ad. It begs one to question, has M. Night Shyamalan become a parody unto himself at this stage?

We'll just have to see once 'Old' hits screens.

The horror is currently set for a release in theatres this July.

But we know well that in times like this, that could very well change...

Another hotly anticipated trailer to drop during Super Bowl was this one for 'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier'.
