So Ben Affleck looks like he will be getting his own Batman movie, but it'll be a while off yet.
According to Latino Review, Affleck may possibly star in The Batman, which is scheduled for release, according to reports at least, for 2019. By that stage, all going according to plan, Affleck will have already played Batman twice. Once in Batman v Superman, and again in the Justice League Movie.
It seems pretty mental planning that far ahead, but it leaves Affleck time to work on his own projects between tentpole flicks, and also gives him some guaranteed box office between the more riskier fare he might dabble with.
The Oscar winner will write, direct and star in the gangster flick Live By Night, which is set for release in 2016.
