Despite the fact that the last film went down about as well as a Ricky Gervais gig at The Vatican, it seems that there could indeed be another Sex and the City movie on the way.

Star Sarah Jessica Parker had recently said that she felt there was "one more" movie left in the franchise, and it seems the man behind the series and two flicks, Michael Patrick King, agrees. He told EW "I think there’s one chapter left... Sarah Jessica and I both know what that final chapter is. That doesn't mean it will or should be told, but I do think there's one story left.” Eh, contradicting yourself a bit there now Mick. He added, “Whether it ever happens is a whole other situation. But there's four girls, and those girls are still in my mind. There are other stories to tell and characters that haven't even been written yet."

Frankly, some would argue that the characters in the last film were, in fact, less written and more finger-painted. But despite the mauling it received from critics, SATC 2 still did decent global box-office.

We’re more excited by the big screen adaptation of another HBO property, Entourage, but that might be because we just miss Ari. Regardless, hasn't Carrie made enough shitty analogies and ponder more than enough to last her a lifetime!?
