Greek director Dennis Iliadis, who has just completed work on the remake of The Last House on the Left, has signed on for another film, just as 'Last House' is released in American cinemas today. The new film is a thriller called Cure, and according to Variety, centres on "a young man who sends his wife for an experimental treatment to save her from a terminal illness. Although she returns completely cured, she is suddenly infected with something more terrifying." Early word on Last House has been extremely positive, with Wes Craven in particular delighted with how Ilasdis has handled his original material. You can have a gander at the excellent trailer here.
