Kevin Smith’s new film has been announced and it’s another foray away from comedy for the popular writer, director and media personality.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, 'Anti-Claus' will be sold at Cannes to perspective buyers, and stars Justin Long, Haley Joel Osment (yes THAT Hayley Joel Osment), Genesis Rodriguez and Michael Parks. Smith has worked with them all previously and the soon to be released ‘Tusk’.
The plot centres on a monster called ‘Krampus’ that eats misbehaving kids at Christmas. So not one for the nippers, then.
Absolutely love that Smith marches by the beat of his own drum, and he’s made some cracking films in his time. While in this writers opinion Red State didn’t work, Anti-Claus sounds like it could be a blast.
