Star Wars fans will be pleased to hear that, J.J Abrams has confirmed the script for Star Wars Episode 7 has been completed. Abrams who is currently promoting his new TV project 'Believe', spoke to The Wrap about how the film was progressing. 'We're working really hard and we've got our script and we're in deep prep. Full steam ahead, y'know,' he said.

Abrams also went onto talk about one of the casting rumours, confirming he had met with Breaking Bad's Jesse Plemons. 'He is one of the actors that we've talked to, yeah. Adding, 'It's not often that I read about actors that I'm going to be meeting... that I get to read articles about actors who are going to come in. And so I get to see someone and say, 'Oh, I read that I'm going to see you. It's usually agents talking to people about what’s happening. It's a lot of noise'.

However, he refused to comment on whether he will be involved in any future Star Wars films saying, 'I'm just focusing on Episode 7 right now, that's the focus'.

Star Wars Episode 7 is not due to hit our screens until December 2015.
