With Jessica Chastain confirmed for the role of Beverly in the next chapter of 'IT', rumours continue to swirl on who might join the cast as the grown-up members of The Losers Club.

As you may know from Stephen King's book (or the original movie adaptation), the second installment sees the childhood friends who were terrorised by Pennywise the Clown return to their hometown as adults when it becomes clear that he has emerged from his lair once again.

James McAvoy is in talks to play Bill, who was played by Jaeden Liberher in the first film, while Bill Hader is in talks for the role for Richie, who was played by Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard.

The script - once again written by Gary Dauberman - is still being finalised and sources tell Variety that negotiations are still in the early stages - but we'd be happy with those casting choices.

Andy Muschietti will return to direct IT: Chapter 2, which is scheduled for release in September 2019.
