Jake Gyllenhaal is reportedly in talks to star in the cop drama End of Watch, according to Variety.
David Ayer (Street Kings) will write and direct the film, which is described as "a gritty cop drama that follows the friendship between longtime partners." Wasn't a massive fan of 'Kings' but Ayers other movie as helmer, Christian Bale starrer Harsh Times, had its moments.
Gyllenhaal was last seen in Love and Other Drugs, and will next pop up in the intriguing looking Source Code.
