Despite stiff competition from Tom Hanks and animated birds and toys, The Girl On The Train remains on top of the Irish box office.
The adaptation of the bestselling novel has now crossed the €1,000,000 mark in just two weeks, making just over €300,000 this week alone. Meanwhile, The Young Offenders continues to impress at the box office, scoring €64,891 for a total so far of €968,342.
Further down the list, Deepwater Horizon continues to sink with a lacklustre €30,770 on only its third week at the cinemas, for a drop of 53% on last week's figures.
