We've been waiting patiently for a glimpse at what to expect from the One Direction 3D movie. Now we've got it. Don't get excited though; it's 25 seconds long. Nevertheless, One Direction being a guilty pleasure of mine, I've no qualms in saying I'll be giving this the once over when it gets its Irish release. It's research OK? Gawd, give me a break.

Released exclusively on UK breakfast show Daybreak, directed by Morgan Spurlock (Supersize Me) and produced by Simon Cowell (the man who put them together in the first place), the 3D flick will arrive on our shores on August 23rd.

The Daybreak hosts asked Spurlock what'd drive him to make the movie (erm we reckon it'd have something to do with the dolla dolla bills, yall), to which he replied: "These guys have gotten so huge in such a short amount of time - why? What makes them more special than any other people?"

Nothing really, apart from a few catchy tunes, a decent stylist and some expert quiff maintainers.

Will you be going to see this?
