Spike Lee has spoken about a sequel to his surprise hit of 2006, Inside Man, telling MTV.com: "If the script is up to snuff, we’ll be shooting it," he says. "Here’s the thing: if everything lines up - people’s schedules are open, (we’ll begin in) late summer, early fall." The first film was very well directed by Lee, and was probably one of his most out-and-out entertaining efforts (The 25th Hour is still his best in my humble opinion), but it didn't exactly set up perfectly for a sequel, with the beautifully slick, and conclusive ending an all. This time Irish writer/director Terry George (Hotel Rwanda) will be on scripting duties, and according to Lee, he's just finished the first act. The sometimes tempestuous, but gifted helmer says all the cast will come back also.
