Dr. Who fans can finally calm down. Well, at least where the status of the big screen reboot of the cult show is concerned.

Steven Moffat is the producer of the hugely popular BBC version of the show, and tweeted "To clarify: any Doctor Who movie would be made by the BBC team, star the current TV Doctor and certainly NOT be a Hollywood reboot." Sounds like someone got in a huff when Harry Potter helmer David Yates announced plans for a new feature version in a few years. Naturally, fans went apeshit 'cause they like their Doctor just as he is now; which is fair enough, it's taken long enough to get right again.

I'm sure Michael Fassbender will be devastated. Incidently, if you were playing the Michael Fassbender movie news game, you'd be pissed by now.
