20 years on, the Coyote Ugly bar could be reopening.

Tyra Banks has revealed that 'Coyote Ugly' could be the latest movie to get the reboot treatment.

Speaking on The Kelly Clarkson Show, the model and actress revealed: "I literally was supposed to be on a conference call today about bringing 'Coyote Ugly' back.

"We were supposed to be on a call today, and I'm talking to you and I can't talk to them..."

She said she was speaking with her co-star on the movie, Maria Bello, about the idea.

The follow-up could take the form of a sequel or a reboot series.

Banks said: "Yes, we are talking about trying to do 'Coyote Ugly 2' or a series."

The model and actress also shared a story about her audition for the 2000 movie, which also stars Piper Perabo.

For her audition, Banks danced to "Kiss" by Prince, and even though she was initially only meant to dance for a few seconds, she ended up "head whipping and doing all this stuff" until the song ended.

"After I'm out of breath, they all just started laughing," she said. "They were like, "We are so sorry, but we were enjoying that so much, we kept the music going." And I was sweating, like nasty sweat.

"So I was kind of mad, but then I ended up getting the part so I wasn't mad."

Banks is currently hosting 'Dancing with the Stars' on ABC.
