The legend that is Clint Eastwood may yet star in another film after Grand Torino, and he won't even be directing this time.

According to Deadline.com, the multiple Oscar winner is considering starring in the baseball drama, Trouble with the Curve, with his frequent assistant director, now producer, Robert Lorenz, helming the film. The story centres on an aging baseball scout who is losing his sight and coming to terms with it on possibly his last ever scouting trip. Eastwood has previously said that he was done with acting, and instead wanted to concentrate more on producing and directing - which he's been incredibly consistent with. But after Beyonce got herself knocked up, pushing back his remake of A Star is Born, he had some free time.

His next film, J Edgar, is due for release in America on November 9th.
