Christian Bale might soon have another costume to hang beside the Batsuit in his closet due to rumours coming from Hollywood today that he's in consideration to star in the title role in Ridley Scott's reinvention of the Robin Hood series called "Nottingham". Russell Crowe has already signed on, as well as Sienna Miller who will dust of her finest "damsel in distress" routine in the part of Maid Marion. Being a Ridley Scott project you can be sure that there'll be a unique twist in the handling of the movie and initial reports suggest that the usually villainous sheriff will be more of a heroic character and that Robin might be a little more unscrupulous than we're used to. Rob from the rich...and keep it? Doesn’t quite have the same ring to it, does it?
