The man who was almost Christian Grey, "Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam, will instead headline another possible blockbuster as it's been confirmed he is director Guy Ritchie's choice to play King Arthur in an action epic.
Apparently Henry Cavill and Die Hard 5 star Jai Courtney also read for the role, with Jamie Dornan (who replaced Hunnam as Grey) unable to take the part because of his 'Grey' franchise commitments.
Idris Elba will likely play Merlin while Elizabeth Olsen is the frontrunner for the female lead.
Ritchie last wrapped The Man from UNCLE, with Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer the leads.
