Bradley Cooper is already attached to star as Lucifer himself, having convinced The Crow director that he could do the part with an audition tape. Benjamin Walker is The Archangel Michael - Louie's brother in the story - and when the latter gets kicked out of heaven, he goes a bit postal and sets up his own gang as far away from God as he could possibly get.
I have no idea if this will be all epic battles and whatnot, but it looks like Affleck could be just that.
