A behind the scenes video of the production of 'Cats' is now live.
'Cats' hits cinemas this Christmas and has a stellar cast and crew lined up.
Its stars James Corden, Judi Dench and Jason Derulo are all in high praise of the project in the vid. Idris Elba, Jennifer Hudson, Taylor Swift, and Rebel Wilson also appear. A world-class cast of dancers under the guidance of Tony-winning choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler ('Hamilton', 'In the Heights') support the cast.
Tom Hooper ('Les Mis') directs and co-wrote the screenplay with Lee Hall ('Billy Elliot', 'Rocketman'). It features Andrew Lloyd Webber’s original, iconic music.
'Cats' here is "reimagine[d]... for a new generation with spectacular production design, state-of-the-art technology, and dance styles ranging from ballet to contemporary, hip-hop to jazz, street to tap."
It's one of the longest running shows in West End and Broadway history. It won seven Tony Awards and has been shown all round the globe.
