The very lovely Bryce Dallas Howard has written a script called The Originals, and her Oscar winning father Ron Howard may direct it. Film is based around a group of late twenty something's, who return to New York, where they went to school, when the teacher that helped shape their childhoods falls into a mysterious coma. The script was co-written by Howard and Dane Charbeneau, and the film has already been picked up by her father's company Imagine Entertainment. She's obviously a very talented actress, who has caught the filmmaking bug off of her auld lad. Poppa Howard is yet to confirm if he'll direct, but something tells me Christmas will be a nightmare if he doesn't. You can read Sheena's interview with Bryce here
