Steven Spielberg has cast the two main roles in his 3-D spectacular Tin Tin, with Jamie Bell to play the titular character and Daniel Craig to star as the downright dastardly main baddie Red Rackham. For those who aren't familiar with the world of Tin Tin, he's a reporter with an eye for a good story, who gets caught up in a world of intrigue and adventure... along with his dog. Think of him as a pubescent Julia Roberts in The Pelican Brief, but with less armpit hair. Already in the cast are Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Gad Elmaleh, Toby Jones and Mackenzie Crook; while Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead), Steven Moffat (Dr. Who) and Joe Cornish (Adam and Joe) all wrote the script, making it a very British affair all together. That probably means the hype machine will be started early by The News of the World, branding it a "Feel Good Masterpiece" before cameras have even rolled. Bell and Craig last worked together in the utterly shite Defiance. This should be better...
