Underworld star Kate Beckinsale will star opposite Mark Wahlberg in the flick Contraband, according to Latino Review.
A remake of the critically lauded Icelandic flick, Reykjavik-Rotterdam the plot centers on a security guard who has mended his smuggling ways, but is tempted back to the world of crime by a mate. Beckinsale's role is thus far unclear, but Wahlberg will play the lead part of the security guard.
The orginal film's star and producer, Baltasar Kormakur, is this time directing.
