Not content with playing a transparent superhero in the Fantastic Four franchise, Jessica Alba is once again about to turn invisible having signed on to star in modern-day fable An Invisible Sign of My Own. The story revolves around a young woman who has retreated from the world and is consumed by numbers and maths problems. Things then apparently begin to change for Alba's character when she becomes a maths teacher. Marilyn Agrelo is set to direct, based on a book by famed novelist Aimee Bender. Alba is in serious need of a credible film having recently been seen in the, shall we say, less than impressive Fantastic Four sequel, The Eye and The Love Guru. But Alba playing a maths teacher? I'm all for a suspension of disbelief when watching a movie, but come on, that's a bit much.
