Adam Sandler plans to star in a remake of the French film The Secret Adventures of Gustave Klopp, according to Pajiba, by way of Darkhorizons.com.
In typical high concept Sandler fashion, he'll play a narcoleptic who has a very boring life when he's not asleep. But in his dreams he's an exciting action hero, so he sets about making his waking life just like his dreams... as ya do.
Sandler is producing the film through his Happy Madison production company, so expect the usual marriage of heart, gags and actors who wouldn't otherwise be getting work if they weren't mates with the boss (David Spade, Rob Schneider I'm looking at you).
