A film version of the Stephen King novel It, is being developed by Warner Bros. The book had previously been adapted into a mini-series in the early 90's, and centres on a group of friends who spent their youth terrorised by a supernatural, psychopathic clown, with a bit of a taste for blood. It was an effective exploration of the book, that really went to shite in the final third; so Warners, obviously aware of the cult following the series has, are currently looking at directors and writers to bring Pennywise back to life. That clown scared the crap out of me, but in saying that I haven't seen the mini-series in years. Anyone else remember it?
