This time tomorrow, Mike Sheridan will have been running for three and a half hours. That's your average marathon. That's cause he's running five of them consecutively in approximately 30 hours...

To recap: Entertainment.ie's Mr. Sheridan, famed for his movie reviews, his Movie Show, his ultra/marathons (and, as a result, relieving himself in a slew of interesting places), and consuming large quantities of Coke Zero, chicken curries, and fistfuls of Twiglets in one sitting, is running for approximately 30 hours nonstop on April 26th. Of course he's not just doing it for the good of his health, he's doing it for charity.

Proudly supported by Champion Sports, Peugeot Ireland, Red Bull, Spin 1038 and entertainment.ie, Mike alongside Brian Maher of Spin 1038 will set out on a gruelling journey. 'Challenge 126' will see them run 126 miles (the equivalent of 5 marathons) in one day in aid of Special Olympics Ireland.

Pushing the limitations of physical and mental endurance, their journey will begin in Limerick City at 7am tomorrow, Thursday 26th April. Approximately 30 hours later, they will arrive on Dublin’s Grafton St.

They are calling on you to support their challenge by making a donation through www.challenge126.com or by texting the word 'Donate' to 57252 (ROI) to give €2 (min. of €1 goes to Special Olympics Ireland) or 85122 (NI) to donate £1.50 (min. of £0.75 goes to the charity).

If you see them on the road between Limerick and Dublin, be sure to shout your support in person and Tweet what their progress, it's #challenge126.

They're trying to raise €20k, please give them a hand if you can. I thank you.
