First the adultery rumours, and now Lost's Jack Shephard is slappying lady busdrivers about the funbags and nethers. Gentlemanly.

TMZ reports: "We're told a woman tried to block Fox from getting on the bus - at which point, he allegedly punched her in the breast and the vagina. Fox was handcuffed by an off-duty officer - and was later detained by police. Fox was released without being formally arrested." As is a celebrity's right.

The lady in question, Cleveland party bus driver Heather Bormann, was trying to deny Fox access to a party she was working at in Ohio (she must also double up as a bouncer). This is what she had to say of the incident:

"I told him several times that he was trespassing, that it was a private party. He never said a word to me, he just stood there staring at me. He was inebriated and the smell of him was like a bar. After the third time I told him to get off my bus, he just stepped in for a right hook to my pelvis area and started wailing on me like I was a man. I had no idea who he was at the time. I did not know until after he was in custody. I'm pressing charges. Assault is wrong, I really do feel violated. He was hitting me in places I didn't think anybody would hit me... my breast area, my pelvis area. I just started punching him back. The first hit landed on his jaw. It happened so quickly - at least I got that one good hit [but] I ended up messing up my hand. I have bruises on my arms, my legs, my hands."

Digital Spy reports that Bormann is planning to meet with lawyers tomorrow to officially press charges. As for Fox, he's keeping his lips sealed regarding the bit slapping.
