Mel 'sugar t*ts' Gibson's apparent step to cut 40-year-old Oksana Grigorieva out of his life comes less than three months after the pair called time on their relationship. His complaint against the Russian singer reportedly centres around a number of issues, including Gibson's access to their seven-month-old daughter, Lucia.
The 54-year-old actor has allegedly filed a temporary restraining order at the Los Angeles Superior Court, as well as a notice about a forthcoming court hearing and paperwork citing information about visitation rights and child custody. That makes little sense to me, but that's hardly a one off occurrence.
According to the report, Oksana was served with the documents at her home in Sherman Oaks, California, at 5pm on Wednesday evening. As previously reported - waaaaay back in April - the couple split after dating for little over a year. At the time, their break-up was described as amicable and the pair said they planned to co-parent their seven-month-old daughter.
However, Oksana then went out of her way to hint that the split was perhaps more complicated than it first seemed: "We have split up, suddenly and recently... unfortunately I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."
Oksana continues to have a loose grasp of the term "quite soon".
