Much of what happens in the WWE is staged, but every so often we're treated to some real moments from the WWE superstars.
One such moment came last night when John Cena proposed to his real life girlfriend, Nikki Bella, after their tag team match at Wrestlemania 33.
Following their victory, Cena got on the microphone and opened up about Nikki's comeback from career threatening surgery.
“This is what you wanted a year ago … you broke your neck and did everything you could to get back. I was so very proud,”
He went on to reveal how he once told her “one day, I’m going to marry you.”
Well he wasn't kidding, and reaffirmed his commitment with a proposal on the grandest stage of them all.

With millions of people watching at home and Cena presenting a rock almost as big as Dwayne Johnson, how could the poor woman say no?
Considering Nikki Bella has long tried to help Cena get over his notorious cold feet (as chronicled on the E! reality series, Total Divas), we're sure she was only thrilled to get this very public commitment from the Trainwreck star.
